Hello family! Welcome back, I'm happy you're giving me some of your time today. As you can probably tell, I'm pretty new to this blogging situation. So when I was thinking about what I want my blog and overall brand to convey, color schemes were at the top of my list of things to consider. I don't think people think about how much influence color has over controlling emotion and perception. Marketing companies are strategic in their color choices and arrangement for this very reason. As a child, I was very interested in colors and I don't mean just crayons. I wanted to learn more about the composition and meaning behind the hues. I even had a book about it and in regular Lex fashion I shared what I learned with whoever would listen. So that brings me to my topic here today of me DEMANDING to a d*mn orange! Well hello there. If you're reading this that means you made it to my blog and for that I want to say thank you so much! It also means that you are now my family, so it's nice to see meet you cousin! So after months and months of thinking about starting a blog, I've finally done it and I'm glad you're here to witness it. But first, let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Alexis Gant. I'm 20 years old from Jacksonville, Florida and am currently a junior at Florida State University double majoring in criminology and interdisciplinary social sciences with a concentration in sociology and anthropology (sounds like a lot but it's really not).
